A healthy mind is a balanced mind. We are uniquely designed to live in the past, present, and future. However, our busy lives can cause mild to extreme unbalance in our perspective. Generally, we get stuck in the past or in the future which robs us of joy and peace in the present.

You can reclaim your present and empower your live choices by practicing mindfulness. Horses live completely in the present. This makes them natural teachers of this important skill.
