Types of Payment
Fees are paid at each session by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), check or cash.
Insurance
We are out-of-network and/or not a covered service for most insurance plans.
This means that you will be required to pay for your session and then get reimbursed by your insurance company by submitting claims on your own.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24-hour notification is required to reschedule or cancel appointments. Without this notification, you will be expected to pay for the session in full. Each client will be given one late reschedule/cancellation without a charge every two months.
